Scholarship benefits

once-off scholarship payment of $6,500

Eligibility

Applicants must be:

Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander; and
enrolled in a Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor at an Australian tertiary institution.

Assessment criteria

Applicants will be assessed based on their:

demonstrated commitment to First Nations justice;
demonstrated involvement in community-focused work;
potential to advance First Nations' interests throughout their legal career; and
financial need.
